  1. This service is for SRA members owning or running a business only. No advertisements from large institutions, non paying SRA residents or third parties such as friends or family outside the borders of Sundowner, will be accepted.
  2. Advertisements are limited to Name of Business, Nature of Business and Contact Details
  3. Details must be limited to 40 words including address and contact details.
  4. Only business advertisements will be accepted. Advertisements of personal nature will be rejected.
  5. No logos, banner ads and graphics will be accepted or displayed.
  6. Please do not send flyers, PDF files, images, scanned documents or Word documents. Only a simple text line as mentioned in Number 2 above.
  7. Web Site Links:
    1. Links to business web sites owned by SRA members will be placed if they already display a reciprocal link to our site. Contact the for details.
    2. Links to business web sites are welcome provided that they do not promote mass advertising campaigns, 'warez', objectionable or porn sites and sites selling or promoting illegal products or services. 
    3. No web site links of general Chat Rooms, Forums or personal sites such as those appearing on Face Book or My Space will be accepted.
    4. Please ask your webmaster to add the code below to your website and let us know where on your website the link appears:

Any decision taken by members of the public on the information provided in advertisements, should only be made after consultation with appropriate legal, regulatory, tax, business, investment, financial, medical and accounting advisors.
  10. The SRA reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  11. Requests for displaying Advertisements on the SRA web site must be sent to together with your Full Name, Physical Address in Sundowner, Contact Details and Text as explained in Number 2 of the Terms & Conditions. No phone or fax requests will be accepted.
