The Sundowner Residents Association is a registered non-profit Community Residents Association in the Sundowner area. The association’s primary objective is to ensure the safety and security of the families and communities of Sundowner. The area is bordered by Northumberland in the northwest, Puttick Road in the South, Drysdale road in the North East and extending along CR Swart to Anita Road in the South.
Current SRA members pay for the access controlled boomgates and security services operated by Securitas. If we can get more residents to sign up for membership, current levies will dramatically decrease plus we will be able to add more security services in our community thereby enhancing the safety and security of our neighbourhood!
